About Our Client:

Our client is a Leading IT&T company, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 10 CS and mainly responsible for:
  • lead the team to exceed key performance measures in service
  • Guide the team to provide solutions to customer requests and promptly take recovery actions.
  • To identify opportunities and lead follow-through discussions to improve service processes
  • To effectively coach and motivate team members and foster collaboration, by recognizing positive attitude and behavior;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferred with with a minimum of 5 years' experience in CS, contact center operation preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good team player.
