About our Client

Our client is a MNC headquater in German, with their expansion they are now looking for right candidate to join them.

About the Role

-Reporting a AVP, Leading a team of 10 CS
-lead the team to handle complicated claims and complaints issues arising from VIP corporate customer
-Guide the team to provide solutions to customer requests and promptly take recovery actions.
-Interact with VIP in a professional manner, provide proper solution with reference to own profession judgment

Requirements

-Bachelor degree preferred with with a minimum of 8 years experience in CS, at least 3 years in management role
-Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
-Excellent customer service and complain handling skills
-Good team player
