About the Company
Our client is a Leading IT&T company. They are now looking for Customer Service Manager to support their call centre operation.
Responibility
- Report to department Head, leading 2-3 Unit Manager and a team of around 20 CS
- Work closly with internal and external parties across the area of service provisioning, fault management, fault resolution, network management, and crisis management
- To monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule, cost and quality
- Design various workflow to smoothen the operation between call center and various departments
- Conduct regular services calls / service reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek for further business opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above at least 5 years of solid client service / relationship management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage
