About the Company
Our client is an innovative mix-used mall will open in 2022. They are now looking for Customer Service Manager to support their operation.
Responibility
- Head of customer service department, in charge of new CS team set up
- Develop, lead and train a brand-new CS team in providing excellent customer service
- Set up Service Standard Operations Manual, SLA and SOP
- provide ongoing soft skills trainings to CS team, manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule, cost and quality
- Provide recommendations to facilitate customer experience and drive for improvement on service standard score, at the same time to convert sales/business growth
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek for further business opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above at least 6 years of solid client service / relationship management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
