Job Description
- Supervise the CS team to ensure the service stadnard is met by following operation guidelines and procedures
- Handle escalations and complaints within the established timeframe to ensure service satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports for management review
- Provide internal training to the team regularly
- Optimize the membership program
- Assist in ad hoc projects if neccessary
Requirement
- Ideally has customer service experience from premium supermarket
- F.7 or above level qualification
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset that could bring new ideas to the team
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
