Job Description

To enhance the quality of customer service, our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team as a Customer Service Manager.


Job Description

  • Supervise the CS team to ensure the service stadnard is met by following operation guidelines and procedures
  • Handle escalations and complaints within the established timeframe to ensure service satisfaction
  • Prepare regular reports for management review
  • Provide internal training to the team regularly
  • Optimize the membership program
  • Assist in ad hoc projects if neccessary

Requirement

  • Ideally has customer service experience from premium supermarket
  • F.7 or above level qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that could bring new ideas to the team
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
