Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer services and handle customers' enquiries and complaints
- Handle customers feedback within the shopping complex
- Support the daily operations including but not limited to promotions, exhibition events and membership program
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Property Management or other related discipline
- 1-2 year(s) customer service experience in retail, hospitality and property management
- fresh graduates will also be considered
- Good customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel
