Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services to customers via email and other digital platforms
- Track the order status by collaborating with other departments
- Assist and solve customers' enquiries for any post-sales issues
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Have relevant customer services experience, mall/call centre cs or other experiences of dealing with customers will also be considered
- A must to be proficient in written and verbal English
- Familiar with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Immediately available is preferred
