客戶服務主任Customer Service Officer - 大型購物商場

Responsibilities 工作內容:
- Deliver excellent service in shopping mall
在商場區內的各個崗位,為客戶提供優質服務 - Handle customers' enquiries and complain
處理客戶的查詢及投訴 - Handle gift redemption and parking promotion
處理商場內禮品換領及泊車優惠 - Assist in promotional activities, event and exhibitions
協助處理商場內舉辦的活動,包括所有促銷活動、展覽等
Requirements 工作要求:
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience, shopping mall experience preferred
具1年或以上客戶服務經驗-具商場客戶服務經驗優先 - Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
主動積極, 具良好服務態度及溝通能力 - Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
良好粵語, 基本英語及普通話 - Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)
五天工作 (需輪更) - Work location: Tsim Sha Tsui
工作地點:尖沙咀 - Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
