- Assist the daily operation in call centre
處理電話客戶服務中心日常運作 - Deliver excellent customer service
為客戶提供優質服務 - Handle customer's enquiries and complaints by phone or email in a professional manner
處理客戶的查詢及投訴 - Maintain customer record from incoming call or email
準確地記錄有關資料
Requirements 工作要求:
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
良好粵語, 基本英語及普通話 - Fresh Graduate will also be considered
歡迎畢業生應徵 - Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)
五天工作 (需輪更) - Work location: Mong Kok/ Kowloon Bay
