About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed Developer with a diversified property portfolio and other non-property investment. Currently they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Maintain good relationships with residents and OC members' complaints
- Assist manager to handle residents' complaint
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure the maintenance work is done
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 2 years' of customer service experience in hospitality, residential, office or shopping mall
- Agency and hospitality candidates are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Corporate, friendly and good communication skills
