Responsibilities 工作內容:
- Deliver excellent customer service on phone and counter
為客戶提供優質熱線及櫃位服務
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints by phone or email in a professional manner
處理客戶的查詢及投訴
- Maintain customer record from incoming call or email
準確地記錄有關資料
Requirements 工作要求:
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
良好粵語, 基本英語及普通話
- Holder of insurance licence is a must and over 4 year's insurance experience preferred
需有保險牌,另具4年或以上保險業客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
- 5 days/week (May need to work on Sat - plus overtime pay)
五天工作 (或需於星期六上班-有超時工作津貼)
- Work location: Kwun Tong and Tsim Sha Tsui
