Responsibilities 工作內容:
- Deliver excellent customer service
為客戶提供優質服務 - Handle customer's enquiries and complaints mainly on email in a professional manner
透過電郵處理客戶的查詢及投訴 - Maintain customer record
準確地記錄有關資料
Requirements 工作要求:
- At least 1 years relevant working experience
具1年客戶服務相關經驗 - Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) speaking and writing skills / Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) preferred
良好英文及中文書寫能力/ 良好日語(JLPT N2 or above)書寫能力 - Fresh Graduate will also be considered
歡迎畢業生應徵 - Willing to work on shift (5 days/week, must including either Sat or Sun)
五天工作 (需輪更-其中一天需為星期六或日) - Work location: Kwun Tong
