Job Description

Responsibilities 工作內容:

  • Deliver excellent service in shopping mall
    在商場區內的各個崗位,為客戶提供優質服務
  • Handle customers' enquiries and complain
    處理客戶的查詢及投訴
  • Handle gift redemption and parking promotion
    處理商場內禮品換領及泊車優惠
  • Assist in promotional activities, event and exhibitions
    協助處理商場內舉辦的活動,包括所有促銷活動、展覽等

Requirements 工作要求:

  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience, shopping mall/ Aviation/ Hospitality experience preferred
    具1年或以上客戶服務經驗-具商場/航空/客戶服務經驗優先
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
    主動積極, 具良好服務態度及溝通能力
  • Native English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
    流利英語,懂粵語及普通話優先
  • Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)
    五天工作 (需輪更)
  • Work location: Tung Chung
