Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service for privilege membership
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints by phone or email promptly in a professional manner
- Maintain customer record from incoming call or email
- To build up a long-term relationship with privilege membership
Requirements:
- Fluent of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience, Call Centre/ Hospitality / Aviation experience preferred
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)
- Work location: Kwun Tong
- Salary rate: $100/hr
