About the Role
- Work in a team with 10 and under a CS supervisor in call centre environment
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast paced, structured customer care environment.
- Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue
- Deliver extraordinary results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency
Requirement
- F.6 or above
- Minimum 1 years customer service experience with Excellent verbal English and Cantonese; written English language communication skills are essential.
- Holder of insurance paper I, II, III
- Candidate with banking experience is an advantages
