About Our Client:
Our client is MNC in Medical industry, head office locate in USA, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Directly Report to CS manager and a team of 4-6, work closely with Customers, Sales Reps, Credit, Contracts and Customer Service Reps (CSR)
- To assist in tracking shipments, pricing information, emergency situations, MRI compatibility, catalogues, and other miscellaneous requests.
- Corporate with operation teams on sales support functions like samples, consignment, billing.
Requirement:
- 2-3 years customer service experience, good in Cantonese and Mardarin English communication skills.
- Experience in Medical industry would be a plus
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service.
