About Our Client:
Our client is a MNC and market leader in Logistic field, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Work in call centre with total around 80 CS, in a team of 10 customer service and under a Unit Manager
- Handling daily coordination and inquiries with clients regarding Logistic matters
- Communication with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner
- To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
Requirement:
- 1-3 years customer service experience, good in Cantonese, Mardarin and English communication skills.
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service.
