- Handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
- Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with the customers
- Complete customer requests within a designated time frame
- Maintain accurate records on all inquiries & customer feedback cases
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- Energetic, team-player, well-organized and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
