About Our Client:
Our client is reputable FMCG distributor, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Directly Report to CS manager and leading a team of 3, focusing on CS Operation, Hotline Service and logistic.
- Work closely with warehouses, truckers, customers and other stakeholders, to ensure order processing completion, daily truck planning, order on-time delivery
- Drive, plan and Implement Logistics improvement projects to achieve expected deliverables
- Ensure full compliance of Standard Operation Procedure of internal and external customers
Requirement:
- 2-3 years customer service experience, good in Cantonese and Mardarin English communication skills.
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service.
