About Our Client:
Our client is a Leading MNC company head quarter in German, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting a CS manager, Leading a team of 10 CS and mainly responsible for:
- lead the team to exceed key performance measures in service
- Guide the team to provide solutions to customer requests and promptly take recovery actions.
- To identify opportunities and lead follow-through discussions to improve service processes
- To effectively coach and motivate team members and foster collaboration, by recognizing positive attitude and behavior;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred with with a minimum of 5 years' experience in CS, contact center operation preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good team player.
