About the Role
- Leading a team with 20 customer service executive
- Provide quality services to customers in various positions in the mall area
- Handling servious customer inquiries and complaints
- Support mall related activities, including all promotions, events, exhibitions, etc
- An artistic journey in all languages for all internal and external clients, groups and stakeholders
About the Person
- Diploma or above
- More than 5 year of work experience with 3 years in manageral level
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Good Cantonese, Mandarin, English
