Responsibilities 工作內容:
- Deliver excellent customer service 為客戶提供優質服務
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints by phone or email in a professional manner處理客戶的查詢及投訴
- Maintain customer record from incoming call or email 準確地記錄有關資料
Requirements 工作要求:
- Good command of English and Japanese (prefer Native Japanese Speaker or JLPT N1 Holder), fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage 流利英語及日語 (日本語能力試JLPT N1程度優先) , 懂粵語及普通話優先考慮
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered 歡迎畢業生應徵
- Willing to work on shift (5 days/week) 五天工作 (需輪更)
- Work location: Tsuen Wan 上班地點:荃灣
