About the Client
Our client is a world known Fintech company with leading presence in Hong Kong and growing presence in Greater China. To cope with the rapid growth, they are looking to hire a Customer Success or AI Solutions Manager to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, your mission is to make the clients successful on their journey to a sustainable future by using the company's emerging technology products and services. This means providing consistent, reliable and high-quality customer project delivery, supporting the customers' internal transformation by operationalizing the AI solutions and to activate account dynamics by building qualified and quantified success stories with our customers to drive wider implementation. As the leader, you will be responsible for all your customers' projects, from delivery through the entire customer journey. You will be working in a cross-functional key account matrix with account manager, solution engineer, data scientist, and executive sponsor, focusing on long-term transformational partnerships with your customers.
The Successful Applicant
- University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in new technology or AI solutions
- Knowledge of how technology can fuel business success, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to customers
- Clear communication of the appropriate recommendations to address customer needs
- Time and territory management - to own and maximize available time to create value for clients
- Self-motivation, tenacity and a balanced individual who brings 'can do' attitude to work every day
- You are hungry to learn and develop your career
- Good command in English and Chinese
