Our client is a fast growing fintech company in Hong Kong with ambitious expansion plans to become a future leader in the industry. They are seeking an experienced cybersecurity engineering individual who has a visionary mindset to work with the top industry experts and innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Cybersecurity, the primary responsibility for this role is finding creative solutions to cyber security problems
- Partake in design, integration, testing and implementation of security controls for market leading virtual asset services
- Establish and enhance security policies, procedures, and plans to safeguard data and systems from cyber attacks
- Performing risk assessments to identify potential security threats
- Providing recommendations on new security measures to strengthen existing security systems
- Conduct security awareness training
- Manage communication with auditors, regulatory authority and ensure compliance requirements are met
Responsibilities:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity, preferably from banking/finance industry
- Holder of CISSP, CCSPM, CISA, CISM or other professional level qualification of relevant
- Entrepreneurial working attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Cloud security background is highly preferred
- Possess initiative, strong passion in cybersecurity and fintech
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English is required for this position
