About the Client:
Our client is a conglomerate with growing portfolios of residential, commercial properties and real estates in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, with a need to hire a Data Analyst responsible for data analytics and solutions recommendation on property management.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Division Manager, you will manage, consolidate and integrate data from database and identify data insights. You will develop and review data management, analytics procedures, systems and workflows. You will provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics. You will keep track of market information and trends.
The Successful Applicant:
- Degree holder in Data Management / Statistics, Business Analysis or related discipline
- 4+ years of solid experience in data processing, mining & analysis, market research or statistical modelling
- Experience in BI tools or analytic software e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good English and Chinese
