Our client is a sizable and well-established group in Hong Kong and they are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Lead a small team, to develop and implement a data analytics strategy for improving decision-making and provide valuable insights to support business objectives
- Collaborate with BUs, architecture team, 3rd vendors, and guide the design of data plan that aligned with business requirements
- Oversee the collection, integration and cleansing of data from various sources, ensure data integrity and quality
- Develop predictive models and perform data mining to identify trends, patterns and correlations, for addressing problems
- Apply AI and machine learning capability to streamline data process and enhance the work efficiency
- Create data visualization to bring new insight and recommendation that helps to achieve business goals
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Data Analytics and Statistic related disciplines
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a focus on data interpretation, modeling and visualization, prior working experience in sizeable company
- Solid in ETL and hands-on in using big data and analytics tools
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining techniques, using SAS, Alteryx
- Hands-on in data visualization using PowerBI, Tableau or QlikSense
- Solid experience in Oracle Cloud, Azure/AWS, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
