About the Client
Our client is a leading mass retailer with strong business presence in HK. Currently, they are looking for a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to join their team and help to translate data into business insights to facilitate business growth.
About the Role
- Manage data warehouse
- Develop dashboards and tools to integrate data platforms for analysis
- Review and enhance customer segmentation
- Prepare business analytics reports
- Analyze customer data to identify room for business growth
- Improve workflow and avoid potential risk in data collection and management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Data Statistics, Information Engineering, Business Administration related discipline
- Minimum 7 years+ work experience in data analytics, including solid experience in retail sector
- Data management and analysis experience is required
- Competent with SQL and Tableau
- Commercial, analytical and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at business reporting writing and presentation
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Immediately available is an advantage
