About the company
Our client is a fast growing and well-known retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Deposit Product Manager to join their Product Development team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Deposit Product, you will be responsible for formulating and monitoring overall product and marketing strategies of Deposit to achieve bank business target. You are required to develop new product plans for various customer segments and suggest marketing ideas aiming at enhancing customer acquisition, product penetration and cross selling opportunities. In addition, you will participate in product revamp, new system projects and compliance related analysis to maximize business and improve operation effectiveness.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of deposit product experience in banks, with system project and marketing exposure is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge in Deposit operation and related product compliance is a must.
- Multi-tasking, good project management and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager position.
