Deputy Director Investor Relations
About the Client
Our client is a blue-chip company with strong regional presence. To cope with their growth strategy, they are looking for a seasoned Deputy Director Investor Relations to join their team.
About the Role
- Draft investor relations strategies for management
- Conduct statistical analysis and market research
- Maintain and update investor database
- Prepare the corporate presentation, public announcements, press releases and annual & interim reports
- Handle investor queries and compile feedback from stakeholders
- Plan and organize investor events such as investor meetings and roadshows
- Liaise with equity analysts, professional parties, internal and external stakeholders
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Corporate Communication or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations
- Work experience in property developers/ blue-chip companies
- CPA/CFA qualification is a plus but not a must
- Energetic, agile, commercially savvy and able to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
