About the client
Our client is one of the leading retail banking groups in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for a Deputy Head in their Card Business and Marketing team.
About the role
Reporting to the Business Head, you will lead a team in driving, developing and implementing product and marketing strategies to increase card business profit. You will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities in organizing joint promotional activities with merchant partners. You are required to manage budget and ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns on various channels, such as Branches, online, offline and social media. You will also conduct market research and suggest new product recommendations to management to grow the business further.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Marketing or Business related disciplines.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in Card business in banks, with minimum 2-3 years in managerial position.
- Sound knowledge in card product / card marketing / card acquisition is essential.
- Strong business sense and good communication skills.
- Well-versed project management and problem solving skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
