Our client is a market leading beauty group with strong presence in APAC. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, developing and implementing digital marketing and CRM strategies to achieve business objectives, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM campaigns and digital content calendar. You will work with retail and product teams for product launch, data analysis and segmentation to increase consumer acquisition, engagement and retention. You will also closely monitor the digital budget and review efficiency, effectiveness and ROI of various digital marketing programs on a regular basis.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
- 8+ years of solid experience in digital marketing & CRM
- Previous experience in the field of FMCG/Luxury Retail is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Hardworking, smart, result driven and work well under pressure
