Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the e-commerce & digital strategy of the Education business
- Review and develop online / digital operational performance and customer experience of interest classes and programme activities
- Work alongside with all the functional teams within the group including marketing, IT, finance and curriculum development
- Initiate, plan and oversee the operations of interest classes and various activities on weekends and public holidays
- Establish business rapport and collaborations with external service providers and interest class vendors for quality offerings
- Develop and train education centre operations staffs to provide excellent customer service and to self-run the programmes in a sustainable manner
- Monitor the education centre supporting staffs to ensure the smooth operations
Requirements:
- University degree or above; Preferably in Education, Marketing or related disciplines
- Experience in education would be an advantage;
- Detail-minded, self motivated and creative
- Strategic mind-set, business driver and can-do attitude with experience in digital media and/or online product offerings
- Excellent customer service, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong liaison and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc)
- 5 working days a week with shift duty from Mon - Sun. Staff will be required to work on public holidays with compensation days off
