Our client is a market leading beauty group with strong presence in APAC. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Digital Brand Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing social and CRM strategies to accelerate overall brand awareness and image. You will work with internal product, retail and regional team to drive new product launch, KOL management and other digital communications. You will focus heavily on analyzing data to acquire consumer insight through social listening, database and omichannel to increase consumer customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
- 8+ years of solid experience in digital marketing & CRM
- Previous experience in the field of FMCG/Luxury Retail is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong leadership, presentation, analytical and communication skills
- Hardworking, smart, result driven and work well under pressure
