Job Description
- Assist Product Owner and participate in digital platform development projects
- Understand business values and customer needs by providing new digital technologies insight
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design
- Be the key interface between business units, R&D and IT team to achieve business goals
- Work closely with vendor to monitor performance and overall digital product delivery in agile
- Update project documentation and assist in cross-team coordination
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- 2 years of relevant experience as business analyst, preferably working in FMCG, retail or other commercial industries
- Experience in digital product development on mobile, web or system related
- Skills in project management tools such as Jira and/or Confluence
- Familiar with agile framework
- Strong knowledge of current digital solution, technology trend and capabilities
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Business Analyst
