Job Description
Digital Executive (Luxury, 1-year contract)
- Omni-channel & client engagement focus
- 5-day work, up to $25k
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Location: Quarry Bay
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of overall omnichannel experience strategy to enhance the touch points & improve overall client experience / engagement with the brand
- Assist in digital & social media strategy development to enhance the brand awareness and build the upper funnel in end-to-end client journey
- Support Client Engagement & Omni Channel team in constructing multi-channel (online and offline) action plan by collaborating with different functional units
- Consolidate data, prepare report; and analyze data including both online and offline touchpoints as well as translate into actionable customer insights
- Monitor overall KPIs on an ongoing basis and report on the performance of client, monthly KPIs and other customer marketing activity
- Conduct competitors research to understand the landscape of omni-channel ecosystem in the market
- Assist on daily operation including stock forecasting, sample management, meeting preparation, content & communications management, internal team communication, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing and other related business disciplines, preferably in luxury or retail industry
- Knowledge in Omni-channel and eCommerce platforms will be a plus
- Familiar with MS Office and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and organization skills
- Detail-minded, proactive, sense of responsibilities and teamwork
- Immediate availability is preferred
