Our client is a fast-growing brand with a multiple of portfolios under their umbrella. They are looking for a talented marketing calibre to join one of their business units as Digital Marketing Manager.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Business Head, by owing the marketing budget you will be responsible for formulating the strategic and integrated marketing plan for the assigned product. In addition to the conventional marketing ideas, you will lead the digital marketing exposure to maximize product awareness in the targeted segment. You are expected to have an experience in KOL, YouTuber and other social media network to promote the products, drive the traffic to the e-platform and turn them into potential sales. You will review the online and offline marketing campaigns from end to end, use the data and response matrix for future marketing program planning. Internally, you will work closely with the Sales Team to align with a business target and support them with the planning and execution of different marketing activities.
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related disciplines
- 8+ years of integrated marketing experience from FMCG / Retail
- Min 5 years track record in digital marketing
- Knowledge of social media, KOL, mobile marketing and event
- Experience in partnership marketing
- Energetic, fast-paced, creative and dynamic
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
