About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and leading a small team, you will develop digital marketing initiatives and formulate integrated campaigns. You will manage and promote brand image in all online customer touch points including website, social media and mobile app etc. You will develop online marketing activities and promotions to achieve business goals and will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver online communications contents to drive customer engagement. You will also monitor all digital platforms performance to generate new insights to improve digital ROI and assist in ad hoc projects when required.
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of marketing experience in Telecommunications or Banking industry
- Solid experience in SEO & SEM
- Experience in revamping online customer touch-points
- Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
