Our client is a centurial enterprise, as one of the largest F&B services chains in the world with over 2000+ branches and over 50+ branches in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Digital Marking Manager for their team.
About the role
The position will report to the Head of Marketing. This position is responsible for developing and implementing digital & social media strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. Manage digital content updates with cross-functions in various channels to facilitate the e-commerce operation. Develop customer journey, and improve UI/ UX with vendors and/or an in-house team of membership apps, drive mobile commerce growth, and accelerate customers' digital adoption. Identify new business opportunities and partner with Product Marketing & CRM teams for campaign initiatives to acquire and retain customers. Track the effectiveness of application implementation by collecting end-user feedback.
The successful applicant
- 8 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience preferably in the F&B/Retail/FMCG industry
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Excellent commercial and technical understanding across digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM
- Data-driven decision experience with good numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in collaborating and managing vendors for effective digital marketing campaign implementation (Media Buy, Funnel Marketing, and Resources Management)
- Essential knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads platforms is a must
- Proven track record of improving ROI by A/B testing with data and funnel analytics
- Proficient communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and responsible with good time management
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skills and presentation skills
