Our client is a market leading electrical appliances chain in Hong Kong that offers an array of renowned international brands and private labels. As one of the fastest-growing retail business in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, they are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to cope with business expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to Head of Marketing, you will supervise a team of Digital Specialist, drive inspiration and motivate the team to deliver best result aligned with the corporate shared values. You will also plan & develop e-marketing & social engagement campaigns through strategic marketing, digital media planning to build brand equity in social & digital platforms, and drive conversion. You will also drive the marketing plan from creation to deployment and provide guidance for the affiliates to ensure excellence in execution and measurement. To optimize ROI, you will manage and evaluate effectiveness of all digital campaigns, platforms & media channels to optimize performance. Work closely with marketing agencies, internal & external parties to optimize database implementation & foster constant communication, ensure alignment with company strategies and gather support to implement the programs throughout the year.
Requirement
University graduate preferably in digital & social marketing, eCommerce or related disciplines
7+ years or above solid experience in eMarketing or digital field, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
Familiar with online marketing landscape with concrete experience, including mobile marketing, performance marketing with SEM/ SEO, social media planning/ content management and online analytics
Experience in online media agency would be an advantage
Strong in process management and attentive to details
Strong marketing sense and great passion for Internet industry
Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
