Our client is a well-recognized consumer brand with business spreading around the corner of the world. They are looking for a seasoned talent from data analytics and consumer insights to join their team as the Director of Consumer Insights & Data Analysis.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Division Head in the global branding, you will be responsible for developing data and analytics strategy across an all-rounded business cycle. After the collection of primary and secondary data, you will build a tracking system and regular dashboard to understand the insights from the markets and consumers, provide recommendation to customer segmentation, future trend prediction, category innovation in both B2C and B2B channels. As an internal data expert, you will work closely with branding, category team, you will educate and coach the local business leaders and marketing team to use the analytics approach to make the business decisions. Looking ahead, you will also establish different analytic tools to assist the growth of e-Commerce which will be a driving force in the targeted markets.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, marketing, and other related disciplines
- 15+ years of data analytics, market intelligence and strategic planning experience
- Background from FMCG / retail / banking is preferred
- Track record from China & regional markets is a MUST
- Sound interpersonal, engaging, and influential skills, strong advisory approach
- Agile, embrace changes, problem solver, positive, international mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
