About our Client
A 5-Star Prestige Hotel is looking for a Director of Engineering
About the Role
- Act as a team head to communicate with the hotel operator and technical team
- Supervise the team on technical matters (repair and maintenance, A&A works, renovation)
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on maintenance and work schedule
- Prepare and manage the budget, capital expenditure, projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation
- Ensures building and equipment licenses, permits and certifications are up to date
The successful applicants
- Degree in Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- 8 years of relevant experience in project management or repair and maintenance
- REW B(0) or above is preferred
- Professional Qualification and chartership would be an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
