About the Role
Reporting to the GM and working under the global team, this position will drive profitable growth and business innovation by applying new technology (such as AI, virtual reality solution) to enhance the learning experience across all business units. As an innovation driver, you will work with functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and propose credible talent development solutions while implementing strategies for business process re-engineering. You will guide data related projects that drive new learning solutions and initiatives, enhance employee experience and operation efficiency. As part of the transformation team, you will need to evangelize the vision, strategic priorities and goals of the organization, translating them into an innovative roadmap of features and enhancements that provide remarkable new learning & development experience. Lastly, you have to be an excellent communicator, engaging and facilitating productive collaboration with business clients, technology providers, other innovators, start-ups, and other external research organizations, as well as all levels of internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicants
- Bachelor degree and at least 12+ years of professional experience with a specific track record in successfully managing innovation pipeline and understanding the latest industry trends
- Passionate about the digital transformation of the natural & built asset space
- Ability to interact with external vendors and key strategic outsourcing partners
Ability to interact internally with key stakeholders across all businesses and functions - Experience in working with new tech companies, (digital) incubators both from a governance / stage gate management and coaching / capability building perspectives, excellent at developing sound business cases
- Ability to inspire colleagues, clients and potential partners with new ideas and discipline combined with pragmatism to implement them rapidly
- Proactive, practical, entrepreneurial, open-minded, flexible and creative
- Excellent command of Chinese English, both spoken and written
