Our client is a well-established brand with a creative mind to keep expanding. They are looking for a strong sales and marketing calibre to join one of their business units as Director of Partnership Marketing and Membership.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of Division, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the multiple projects from end to end. You are expected to have a network of periphery brands which carry similar customer profile and brand flair, lead the discussion with these external strategic partners to organise the joint programs to maximise the publicity of your product and services. In addition, you will lead the customer segmentation strategy and create an integrated marketing plan to promote your product and services to the targeted group, ideally convert the traffic and purchase desire of the customers into potential revenue. Internally, as a change agent, you will be clear headed and sensitive to lobby the stakeholders, handle and resolve difficulties constantly to balance the interest of various parties.
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in marketing, business or related disciplines
- Track record from partnership marketing & membership program
- 15+ years integrated marketing experience from leading brands
- Strong business network to plan for collaboration activities
- Ownership of sales target and revenue generation
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels
- Excellent decision making, problem solving and influencing skills
