Our client is a lifestyle and fast growing retail brand offering an relaxing shopping experience in the market. A new opportunity now exists for a senior retail operation individual to join their team as Director of Retail Management.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be accountable for driving retail excellence across multiple key touch points at retail channel including retail operations management, customer services, selling skills, execution of promotion program, visual merchandising as well as logistics management. You will be responsible for analysis of the stores performance, space productivity analysis, identify areas for improvement to maximize space return at stores. In addition, you will be the key person to manage landlord negotiation and store renovation. You will collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure the successful execution of nationwide and localised marketing campaigns at the stores. As a senior leader in retail, you are expected to have an agile, motivational and creative mindset to uplift the working momentum of the sales force, coach them to cope with the ever changing retail climate.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing / Business Development
- 15+ years solid retail operation experience with leading retail brand
- 5+ years senior management experience
- Strong sense of PNL, sales target setting and achievement
- Driving business growth with retail excellence strategy
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Fast paced, result driven, strategic, detailed and hands on
