A pioneer and leader of its respective industry with a continuous growing business portfolio is now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives and talent needs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective job profiles and specifications
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top-tier candidates, including passive candidates
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Manage and leverage recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition efforts with other HR functions
  • Monitor and manage recruitment budgets to optimize resources and maximize ROI

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition practices
