About our Client
My client is an international commercial real estate agency firm specialize in investment management services. In order to expand its business in the region, the team is looking for a Director, Property Management to join its head office in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Report to Group Senior Director, you be a Team Leader to lead & manage an office team (10+) and 400+ building staff for over 40 properties in Hong Kong to provide various management services including but not limited to Pre-Management, Full Management, Tenancy Management, Renovation Project Management, Consultancy services, etc. to the clients in a mixed portfolio comprising Commercial, Luxurious Residential, Industrial & Serviced Apartment.
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in property management / facilities management / consultancy firm/property developers with at least 5 years at supervisory level
- Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage
