About our Client
Our client is a well known jewellery brand, they are looking for a District Manager to drive sales revenue for retail stores and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
About the Role
- Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs
- Develop people to build high-performing store managers and teams
- Partner closely with internal departments to maximize potential in people, product and sales
- Provide leadership to motivate Frontline team, while ensuring them to achieve assigned KPIs with frequent review and actionable recommendations
- Analyze business performance, data and reports to identify opportunities, implement change and corrective actions
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in Business or relevant discipline
- Retail management experience with minimal 8 years at managerial level
- High level of business acumen and experience with strategic planning
- Data driven and experience with scheduling, high performance and productivity, stock optimization
- Passionate team player that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
