About our Client
Our client is market leading retailer with strong presence in Hong Kong, Macau and China. To cope with their business expansion needs, they are now looking for a high potential E-Business Sales Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the team head, you are responsible for planning and developing business strategies to drive traffic and sales for retail stores. As an individual, you will be analysing market trends, competitors and consumer personas to formulate business development strategies. In addition, you will work closely with external partners and internal teams (marketing, operation and supply chain) to drive new project initiatives, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts. Last but not least, you will also leverage your stakeholder management skills to build and maintain long term relationships with external partners.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
- 6 years+ of solid experience in e-commerce and business development
- Strong understanding of local consumer market is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong analytical, project and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and work well under pressure
