Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their E commerce & CRM team.
Job description:
- Manage the operation and performance of the brand site
- Driving data and provide insights on the online buying behaviour of customers
- Develop and execute the CRM strategy for brands by working with Marketing team.
- Responsible for segmentation and loyalty program strategy for CRM campaign
- Utilizing the tools for data analysis on consumer insight and further action on CRM campaign
- Educate other team members within marketing and retail operation team on CRM platform and data usage
Requirement:
- Degree in marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of working experience in CRM and Consumer Marketing
- Ability to master Regional tools i.e. Adobe, Tableau, CDP, MSD etc.
- Experience in digital marketing agency is an advantage
