About our Client
Our client is a well-established organisation with a part of its business focused on operating an online retail business in Hong Kong. In order to cope with business expansion, they are looking for an e-Commerce Category Lead (Buyer) to source and expand the current product mix as well as to manage existing merchandise listed on their online shopping platform.
About the Role
- To explore new business opportunities for the online shopping platform for the category responsible
- To maintain a good relationship with existing business partners
- Work closely with internal departments in implementing strategic marketing plans
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure the overall product presentation is in line with the overall merchandising strategy
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising field
- Knowledgeable in sourcing new products, price and trading terms negotiation, cost analysis and related logistic issues
- Knowledge and connections in the beauty related field are required
- Experienced in managing products through e-Commerce channels is preferred
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
